Botox injections at Holos Medical Spa.

neuromodulators

Botox • Xeomin • Dysport

The Neuromodulator treatments at Holos Medical Spa are a powerful solution for achieving a more youthful, smooth, refreshed appearance. As we age and we begin to lose collagen, elastin, and because of constant muscle movements (frowning, smiling, raising the eyebrows), we start noticing prominent lines and wrinkles all around our face. Over time these wrinkles will worsen and appear in more areas. Our wrinkle relaxing injectable treatments are a solution.

We offer several types that we can choose from based on the area of the face being treated and your aesthetic needs. At Holos we can utilize Botox, Xeomin and Dysport. Each of these neurotoxin treatments work by temporarily relaxing the underlying facial muscles that cause wrinkles and fine lines to form. The results are natural looking and ease or eliminate wrinkles.

treatment areas

When it comes to targeting specific areas on the face, a neuromodulator treatment can be applied on multiple areas.

Whether it's smoothing out forehead lines, minimizing crow's feet around the eyes, softening frown lines between the eyebrows, or more, these injectable treatments can bring about a more youthful appearance.

Neuromodulators can also be used to help reduce gummy smiles as well as reduce excessive sweating under the arms (hyperhidrosis).

This illustrates the areas that Holos Medical Spa can treat with botox and neuromodulators.

FAQ's

  • What is the difference between Botox, Xeomin and Dysport?

    • Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport are all injectable neuromodulators that use botulinum toxin to reduce wrinkles, but differ in their formulations and potential effects. Xeomin is a "pure" version, lacking accessory proteins found in Botox and Dysport, which may reduce the risk of antibody development and allergic reactions.
  • How long will my treatment last?

A neuromodulator treatment is not a permanent solution and it will require maintenance injections in order to keep lines and wrinkles away.

Typically, Botox and Xeomin can last approximately 3-6 months, while  Dysport  last up to 3-4 months.

When we meet with you during your treatment we will explain the longevity and maintenance plan.
